We Found Our Unrestricted Raw Land

We found our land outside of Cleveland Texas. 1 1/2 acres and the best part! unrestricted, no subdivision HOA or deed restrictions!. Im a Realtor and have been looking since March last year and found out thru talking to different people and county representatives that
raw land with out a well in Harris and Montgomery county is hard
to get a permit to drill a well. I spoke with one Water well driller
and he explained that they just don’t want you to have free water they want to charge you for it! imagine that!
Our land does not need a well there is community water available, just needs to be brought across the street. This is a great savings for us as we don’t want to spend $7500 on a well outright and risk not being able to drill one.
Our plan is to clear out a road to the back of the property about
400 feet long and two building sites with the help of a dirt work company. and have the water and electric dropped and set up a RV hook up for our Motor coach to hook up to so we can live on the property while we build.
